- You can go for 91 cycles' Meraki now, they have amazing service right now with a solution provided within a day, one of my friends bought a meraki and within two days he was facing issue with pedal sensor, on contacting the dealer, he immediately raised a complaint with the company and they just asked the frame number, video and the invoice and they dispatched a new sensor for the cycle which will be installed as soon as it reaches the dealer, i would recommend meraki to everyone who is looking for a sturdy cycles filled with good features and will be buying a meraki for myself too
- The one on my Hero conked off just around a year+ after I brought it Replacement costs around 10000Rs assuming controller also needs to be replaced. Hero Customer service is pathetic ...there is a chap called Anjan Baishya who will never return calls and will always apologise when you call him up. Best to wait for Decathlon to come up with their ebike
- The batt on my cycle conked off just a year after I brought it and it costs around 10000Rs assuming controller also needs replacement. And the Customer service dept at Hero is third-grade there is a chap called Anish who never returns calls and always starts the conversation with a Sorry.
