I am using pulsar 150 from more than 1.5 years. This is the best budget friendly sports bike in india.I am happy with mileage which is 50+km/pl pretty good for any person & maintenance cost is just average, I have been using for long run across highways because it has very accurate and smooth control power with good grip on road.I am completely satisfied with this bike.

Bajaj Pulsar 150 Pros and Cons
Pulsar 150 Positives Points: The fans still like the iconic design, Slightly sporty yet comfy riding posture
Pulsar 150 Negatives Points: Has become pretty pricey today, Not everyone will dig the dated looks
Zigwheels Expert's Conclusion : The Bajaj Pulsar 150 stands as a solid choice in the entry-level 150cc segment, consistently delivering commendable performance coupled with a touch of sportiness. Its appeal primarily lies in this blend of power and aggression, striking a chord with younger riders. However, one area where it could see improvement is its feature list, particularly connected features, which would undoubtedly enhance its overall package. Nevertheless, it retains its status as a sporty, versatile motorcycle.

Overall Good Bike With Low Maintenance
I have a Pulsar 150 Bs4 version, and I bought it because of the low maintenance cost. A clutch plate of my Pulsar costs nearly 800 rupees as compared to other bikes. The comfort level is good with wide seats and clip-on handlebars. Not so leaning sitting position which makes the city, and long rides comfortable. I don't feel any pain while riding on it, and I take rest every 70 km on a highway. The best thing is the clip-on handlebar which makes a good sitting posture and gives a sporting look as well. The overall performance is good. Its mileage is 48 to 50kmpl in the city, and 55kmpl on highways with a speed between 60 to 65kmph. High speed has fewer mileage vibrations over 100 km, and I feel it on footpegs. The build quality is no doubt good, but yes I don't do off-road biking with a Pulsar. The shockers are better as compared to other bikes in this segment. The headlight is really awesome with a wonderful focus even after 5 years of buying. I have changed the headlight, and the headlight cluster once in five years. The gear shifting is smooth brakes need to be serviced every 4000 km.

Standard variant
5.0
Pulsar 150 is a fantastic machine which is pocket friendly with low maintenance cost and wide spare parts availability. It's still not outdated and one can see a lot of new pulsars on road even today. Its seat is really comfortable with not so upright and not so bent down riding position, It's somewhere in the middle & I just love it. I don't get tired that easily. Brakes are pretty decent but could have been better, Although I own a standard variant. I guess the twin disc variant will be fine but the graphics and stickers are good on the standard variants. However, it depends on one's taste & preference. It's good for city commutes and occasional touring. It's one of a bike that gives reasonable mileage and power.

The bajaj pulsar 150 is one of the best sports bike.We had bought this bike in 2014 and it is running today also without any problem.Pickup is one the best thing in this bike.Maintenance cost isn't that much higher.I'm getting mileage around 40-45 on village roads.Suspension of the bike is some what stiff and i think that is needed for this type of sports bike. One of the best headlamp in this segment.Tail lamp is one of the best looking thing. And side look of the pulsar like a cheetah.Cheers pulsarians.:).
