Piaggio has just launched the facelifted version of the new Aprilia SR150 and the SR150 Race at Rs 70,031 and Rs 80,211 respectively (ex-showroom Pune), along with the SR150 Carbon edition (Rs 73,500). For the price bump, these scooters offer not only visual updates, but a preload adjustable rear shock and a semi-digital instrument cluster. The other big change is the Connectivity module (Race & Carbon), which allows riders to connect their smartphones to their scooters to get ride statistics, schedule service appointments, and even offers a Distress Mode, amongst other things.
This Connectivity module is also available on the Vespa 150 VXL and SXL at no additional cost. So their price remains unchanged at Rs 91,140 and Rs 97,276 respectively (ex-showroom Pune). Riders who buy the latest versions of the Vespa 125, the standard Aprilia SR150 and the SR125 can also get this connectivity module installed for a nominal fee.
