Highway riding

4.2

This bike is very good for daily commute. This bike has extreme smoothness. The comfort is 100% assured, Even after riding 1-1.5 hours you will not feel any pain.If you are not a rush driver, You may get mileage of upto 55 km/l.I got an average of 52-53 km/l.You may have a question on it's looks in comparison with others in this price range, But unicorn lovers have happily accepted it's normal formal looks.Remember the brand is honda and 160 cc adds better quality which we will understand after 8-10 years of riding, When other bikes will got damaged, Unicorn will be 95% new.Abs has been added in bs6 and it's very important for highway riding, I am very satisfied with it's braking also.

Nice ride for daily commuter

Nice ride for daily commuter good power for pickup in traffic so that there is no lag on traffic. If driven long distance at good spped i get mileage of 58.5.22000 i haven't had any chain loose.Good resale price also.No back pain and 160cc so that you are fast comfortable and economical.Would recommend for daily driver in city with 25+km to travel with some km including traffic.Service cost i am using third party services.Online oild change is required for evry 12500km.And break should be tighten.Every 20000km frot brake plates should be changed.

Honda Unicorn Pros and Cons

Unicorn Positives Points: Fairly light for an old-school 150cc motorcycle, Gets lots of ground clearance, Features a longer seat for improved comfort

Unicorn Negatives Points: Dated looks,Honda hasn’t provided the start-stop function or a silent starter,Commands a considerable premium over the BS4-compliant version

Zigwheels Expert's Conclusion : The Honda Unicorn has always been the go-to bike if you were planning to buy a 150cc commuter. The BS6 update has given the bike a larger motor, while retaining the dynamics of the older bike. It still remains a well-rounded motorcycle, but the BS6 update has come with a hefty price hike.
