Riding the TVS Jupiter 125: A Step Up

After much contemplation, I upgraded to the TVS Jupiter 125 from its younger sibling, hoping for a power increase along with the reliability I had come to associate with the brand. The 124.8 cc engine definitely packs more punch offering a peak power of around 8 PS. The fuel efficiency is commendable too, at around 50 to 55 kmpl makes it a prudent choice for both city rides and occasional longer commutes. The larger fuel tank capacity of 5.1 liters means fewer stops for refueling, which is great. And who can overlook the spacious 32 liter under seat storage.

Great performance and mileage

The storage space in this scooter is very good with good under seat storage and is a strong scooter. The power on the scooter is quite with good pickup and is a great in both city and highway and the initial and mid range is very good and the brakes of this scooter is decent. Taking a U turn is very easy and is very easy to drive because it is a light weight scooter and the suspension is very comfortable and I get easily around 50 to 55 kmpl of mileage.

Exploring the Urban explorer

Upgrading to a TVS Jupiter 125 was like getting a bigger slice of my favorite cake. The increased displacement to 124.8cc and a power bump to 8.3hp made a noticeable difference in ride smoothness and acceleration. It has been a breeze overtaking on busy roads and the fuel economy although slightly lower than its smaller sibling at around 50-55 kmpl which is still commendable for its class. The Jupiter 125 brings to the table enhanced space including a larger fuel tank and more under seat storage making grocery runs less of a hassle.

All reviews are Fake/Generic.

3.0

All reviews are fake/generic.I bought this scooter in last month.I have tested the mileage and it is giving me only 31-32 kmpl.It is literally half 45% less what arai has claimed.Do not fall into trap by just checking these reviews.Personally go and test the scooter.People are just posting the reviews just sake of the voucher from zigwheels.
