BMW 6 Series Latest Updates
BMW has launched the facelifted 6-Series GT in India at Rs 67.90 lakh (ex-showroom). The GT is based on the 5 Series’ platform and features a few cosmetic updates and an updated features list. It is available in two trims: Luxury Line and M Sport, across three engine options.
The 6 Series GT is priced from Rs 67.90 lakh to Rs 77.90 lakh (ex-showroom). Its sole rival in the country is the Mercedes-Benz E-Class LWB.
Features of BMW 6 Series : The 6 Series GT comes with a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 16-speaker Harman Kardon sound system, a dual-pane panoramic glass sunroof, four-zone climate control, wireless charging, air suspension, and ambient lighting. Safety is taken care of with multiple airbags, ABS with brake assist, vehicle stability control and a rear-view camera with parking assist.
BMW 6 Series Engine : The BMW 6 Series GT comes in three powertrain options: a 258PS/400Nm 2-litre four-cylinder petrol engine (630i), a 190PS/400Nm 2-litre four-cylinder diesel (620d) and a 265PS/620Nm 3-litre in-line six-cylinder diesel (630d) unit. All engines are paired with an 8-speed automatic gearbox and a rear-wheel drivetrain. The GT is 5091mm long, 2158mm wide, 1538mm tall and sits on a 3070mm wheelbase.

The interior is roomy which offering unmatched comfort and a variety of high tech features that enhance the driving experience.The vehicle’s size, while contributing to its spaciousness does make navigating through tight Indian streets a bit of a challenge. The cost of ownership, considering its price and maintenance is on the higher side.
