The CNG bike from Bajaj Auto could be called the Bruzer

Bajaj Auto has been on a roll recently as it has been updating its lineup since the start of the year and has launched the Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z today. And now, the Pune-based manufacturer has confirmed that the upcoming Bajaj CNG bike will be launched on June 18, 2024.

The upcoming Bajaj CNG bikes gets an LED headlight with bulb indicators. It will come with a braced handlebar with handguards, mid-set footpegs, heel and toe shifter and alloy wheels. These details and more were observed when we spotted the bike a couple of months ago. The bike will be powered by a sloper-like engine and its capacity will be probably between 110-125cc. The CNG cylinder will be placed underneath the long and flat single-piece seat and will likely get an auxiliary petrol tank, to be used whenever the bike runs out of CNG. Suspension setup consists of a telescopic fork and a monoshock while braking duties will be handled by a front disc brake and a rear drum brake. It could be called the ‘Bruzer’, as Bajaj Auto recently trademarked the name

The Bajaj CNG bike is expected to be priced around the Rs 80,000 (ex-showroom) mark. It won’t have any direct rival as it’ll be the first mass produced CNG bike but will face competition from 100-110cc bikes like the Hero Splendor Plus, TVS Radeon, Honda Shine 100 and the Bajaj Platina 110.
