Rugged but Rough Around the Edges

The Mahindra Scorpio has been part of my garage for over two years now. Known for its tough exterior and robust build it truly is a workhorse. The power from the 2.2 liter mHawk diesel engine is ample for off road and city driving, and it sits high giving a commanding view of the road ahead. The ride quality is on the rougher side which you start to notice especially on longer drives. Interiors though improved still lag behind other SUVs in this price range in terms of sophistication and modernity.

Amazing but lagging at some point

My Mahindra Scorpio is a popular mid-size SUV in India, known for its ruggedness, off-road capability, and spacious interiors. Its claimed mileage is up to 15.18 kmpl. It has basic features compared to the new Scorpio N . And the safety features might not be as comprehensive as the new Scorpio N. I think its competitors might offer a wider range of features or more comfort-oriented interiors in a similar price range. The new Scorpio N offers a more modern, feature-rich, and powerful option.

satisfaction with performance

The new Scorpio N has a bold and imposing look, definitely a head-turner on the road. The new engine is powerful and gives good pickup, making highway driving a great. It's quite silent too. Mileage isn't the best, but decent for a car of this size. I Expect better mileage on the highway. The price is attractive compared to some competitors, offering good value for money. It has features like a sunroof, touchscreen infotainment system.

Only two variations of the scorpio classic are offered, The s and s11, With costs ranging from rs 11.99 lakh to rs 15.49 lakh. The top-spec classic's price does overlap with the smaller scorpio-base n's trims, But the classic competes on an entirely different level. It Service a wide range of customers, Including those who want something bigger and better than the bolero, Those who choose a robust, No-frills suv for fleet operations, And those who frequently employ the third-row jump seat configuration.Even if it is now a niche market, It still has enough advantages to claim a share of the market.
