The Triumph Street Triple RX will most likely be a special edition offering from the British bikemaker

2015 Triumph Street Triple RX

A new derivation of the Triumph Street Triple has been caught testing in Lincolnshire, UK. From the spy image it is speculated that the new offering will be christened Triumph Street Triple RX. The Triumph Street Triple RX wouldn’t be an entirely new bike and looks more like a special edition offering of the Street Triple from the British motorcycle manufacturer.

In terms of styling nothing much has been changed apart from the new sharper looking tail section which seems to be carried forward from the Triumph Daytona 675 supersports offering. The spy shot also reveals a flush-mounted cowl that makes the bike look like a single-seat offering but the rear footpegs mean it will have a pillion seat. It is also expected that the bike will be offered with additional features and a slight bump in power output.

The Triumph Street Triple has been a huge success story for the British bikemaker ever since it debuted in 2007 and has been among the top 10 seller in the UK market. The Triumph Street Triple RX is expected to debut at the 2014 INTERMOT show or EICMA motor show scheduled next month with sales commencing from early 2015 in the European market.
