The Urus blends style, performance and practicality into a single package – one that seems to be favoured by quite a few stars

Bollywood and big stars from relevant industries tend to spend big on their whips, which come in different sizes and shapes – mostly holding the Land Rover or Mercedes badge. And while luxury is a top priority, things like performance and exclusivity also take a front seat. This is where the Lamborghini Urus comes in - a niche super SUV that not only looks menacing but also growls, shouts and scares the kids away with its rowdy exhaust. As a result, a few stars have taken a liking to the raging bull, which in fact, is more usable in our road conditions, and here’s a list of celebrities that own one:

Ranveer Singh

Ranveer Singh and his Lamborghini Urus are likely the most befitting car and owner combo there is - both are wild, loud and mad good at their respective roles. His Urus is famous for making numerous appearances at the airport and can be seen finished in a Candy Orange shade. Being a proper aficionado, Ranveer specced his Urus in the Pearl Capsule Edition, which gets a few bespoke touches and finishes.

Rajinikanth

Rajinikanth, arguably the biggest South Indian movie star ever, gifted himself a Urus back in 2020. The Rs 3 crore + purchase is actually one of his most expensive rides ever, despite his widespread fandom and legend. A video of the superstar seen driving the super SUV also went viral a couple of months back. In fact, he is rather humble with his purchases, as he’s known to prefer an Innova Crysta for his daily commutes and also owns a BMW X7 – a  gift which he got from his recent movie Jailer’s success.

Kartik Aaryan is another young Bollywood star to bring a Lamborghini Urus home. In fact, Kartik makes full use of his Urus, from airport runs to proper road trips with friends – his Urus is no garage maker. He even posted a reel with him behind the wheel, blasting past traffic on the streets of Ahmedabad, which you can watch for yourself below:

Rohit Shetty

Rohit Shetty, the famed Bollwoof producer and director, known for his car flipping/jumping/bursting action scenes is also part of the Urus owners gang in India. He chose a bright Yellow shade for his super SUV, which complements his bright and extravagant action scenes seen in his films. Although, we reckon he’ll avoid flipping this one for his next best action shot anytime soon.

Sachin Tendulkar

The master blaster's love for cars is a well known love affair, which was fueled even further with his recent purchase of the Lamborghini Urus S. Priced at Rs 4.18 crore (ex-showroom), this happens to be his first ever Lamborghini, which sits in good company besides a Porsche 911 and other luxury cars.

Badshah

If it isn’t already clear from his lyrics and his whole personality, Baadshah, the Indian-punjabi singer, is a huge petrol head. His extravagant lifestyle does include ‘flexing’ and what better car to flex in than a raging bull? Watch him take delivery of his Urus as he visits the showroom in a typical Indian auto, in the reel below:

Rohit Sharma

Indian Cricketer, opener, and captain, Rohit Sharma, recently got a new Lamborghini Urus, finished in a similar shade as the Indian Cricket Team’s jersey – Blue Eleos. This isn’t his first expensive car purchase, as the hitman is also known for having a BMW M5 before this. And if reports are true, Rohit is indeed enjoying his new cars, as he’s been caught speeding a few times!

It's a car that offers you the ethos of a raging bull in a far more uncompromised, practical and usable (especially in India) package. It even has different iterations serving different purposes (Urus S and Performante), with prices ranging between Rs 4.18 crore and Rs 4.22 crore (ex-showroom).
