Compact Yet Mighty

Ever since I took the plunge and bought a Land Rover Range Rover Evoque last year it has been a love hate relationship. This compact SUV priced at about INR 60 lakhs is powered by a 2.0 liter turbocharged engine which is a good balance of performance and efficiency delivering approximately 10-12 km/l. The boot space is slightly limited if you are looking to carry a lot for family trips and rear seat comfort could be better making long journeys a bit uncomfortable for passengers. On the whole though the Evoque continues to impress with its capabilities and bold design.

Modern and high tech features

This premium and spacious SUV has a great competitions with like Volvo XC60, Mercedes-Benz GLC, Audi Q5 but i think the most attractive look is the Range Rover Evoque. With the linear power delivery the driving in this SUV is relaxed and the interior come with the soft touch material and the space is good enough but the thigh support could be better. The boot space is big and the features in this premium SUV is the top level but the seating position is uncomfortable and the suspension is noisy.

Land Rover Range Rover Evoque Pros and Cons

Range Rover Evoque Positives Points: Looks fabulous, has great road presence, is comfortable and premium on the inside. It rides and drives great too.

Range Rover Evoque Negatives Points: Sharp bumps can catch the suspension sometimes.

Zigwheels Expert's Conclusion : Great entry point into the world of Range Rover luxury SUVs. Ticks a lot of boxes and does little wrong.
