After clocking over 4,000 kilometers on my Hero Splendor Plus XTec, I feel equipped to give a thorough review. As a daily commuter in a bustling city like Mumbai, the bike’s light weight frame and the impressive fuel efficiency of about 70 to 80 kmpl have been best for my pocket.However, the riding experience has not been entirely smooth. The suspension feels a bit stiff on uneven roads and the 97.2cc engine, although reliable, lacks the acceleration needed for quick overtakes.
