Hero Glamour Pros and Cons

Glamour Positives Points: New, sporty looks, Gets a 5-speed transmission, Rich in features

Glamour Negatives Points: Design still feels conservative for what is supposed to be Hero’s flagship 125cc bike

Zigwheels Expert's Conclusion : Hero has done well to keep the Glamour BS6’s pricing in check during the BS4 to BS6 transition given the fact that the BS4 Glamour already had Fi. With the new pricing, the Hero is still one of the expensive 125cc motorcycles out there but it undercuts the Honda SP 125 by around Rs 5,000. However, in the company of the similarly priced but more powerful Bajaj Pulsar 125, the Glamour BS6 feels dated and less desirable.

Good Performance

This bike is equipped with a 125 cc engine, offering an initially super-smooth ride. While the smoothness may decrease slightly over time, it remains durable. It provides impressive mileage, with up to 65 kmpl on highways and around 55-60 kmpl in the city. The bike offers comfortable riding for journeys up to 80-90 km, and its acceleration is on par with other 125cc bikes, with the first gear reaching up to 15 km/h. This bike is recommended for common people in its price range, and one of its standout features is its smooth ride. It can handle accessories and various purposes without vibrating up to 100 kmph, providing a good overall experience. The bike has a good build quality, ensuring a long life span. The inclusion of a kit of small tools below the petrol tank is a significant advantage. The seating is comfortable, with a combined seat for both front and rear passengers, and the fuel tank has a capacity of 15 liters. It features an analog speed indicator and a digital display for mileage, fuel, and other information. Overall, this bike offers a good balance of build quality and performance.

Running road

I used this vehicle for four months but never comfortable on this motorcycle. These are the reasons i am facing regularly : 1.Engine starting issuewith self start & kick start.2.While driving bike engine stops suddenly on running road.3.Bike instruments console not working properly4.Average meter like a toy it shows 119/163/199 etc.Kmph, How it is possible.5.Sounds are coming from panels & visors.Worst products forever by hero.6.Heavy vibration and irritating sound comes from engine.7.Error code with instrument panel.8.Poor performance and pickup, Experience like a used and old vehicle.9.Engine rpm not consistent on idle condition.Already done 1st & 2nd service, Also visit 6 times at workshops but problems is continuing they are failure to resolve.Don't buy it and never recommend to any one.😔🙁😢😓.
