Skoda extends Monte Carlo line-up

Skoda has introduced its new lineup of Monte Carlo editions comprising the Skoda Citigo, Skoda Yeti and the Skoda Rapid Spaceback. These models add to the Skoda Fabia and Skoda Fabia Combi, for which Monte Carlo versions were already available. With the introduction of these editions the carmaker is paying a tribute to the company’s 113 years of motorsport heritage, and also to its success at the Monte Carlo race.

The new Skoda Citigo Monte Carlo features body side graphics, black exterior accents and 15-inch alloy wheels. This new model also gets tinted windows and a sport-tuned suspension reducing the ride height by 15mm.

The sporty theme continues inside with a leather wrapped three-spoke steering wheel and a black roof liner. This new car also sports new Monte Carlo seat covers and special trim elements.

The Skoda Yeti Monte Carlo sports a black radiator grille frame and front spoiler, black 17-inch aluminum wheels, tinted back side windows and rear windscreen. This new model also gets sports seats, stainless steel pedals and Monte Carlo decorative trim. This special edition Yeti is based on the Ambition trim level and is available with three petrol and three diesel engines.

Besides these two models the Skoda Rapid Spaceback will be also offered in Monte Carlo trim later this year. These editions will be launched in the international car market.
