The Grand i10 is powered by a BS6-compliant 1.2-litre Kappa petrol engine that develops 83PS of power and 113Nm of torque, figures identical to the BS4 version. It’s offered with a 5-speed manual gearbox only.

Hyundai has silently discontinued the Grand i10’s CNG variants. It came with a 1.2-litre engine that developed 66PS of power and 98Nm of torque. Just like the petrol-only model, the Grand i10 CNG was only available with a 5-speed manual transmission. It remains to be seen if Hyundai will reintroduce the CNG variants in its BS6 iteration later on. The carmaker could also introduce CNG variants of the more premium Grand i10 Nios, too.
