The battery just turns off automatically after getting below 80 percent.I have struggled a lot because of this problem, And i gave the battery to the service center.They took more than one month to fix it.They didn't even give me a spare battery, And even though it was under warranty, They charged me transportation fees.After some months, The same problem occurred again.We went to the service center again and left the battery there.Today, May 29, 2024, They called me and said it is water damage and cannot be repaired under warranty.I have had a really bad experience with battre.

Not at all satisfied.They told that battry has 3 years warranty but now it's not been 1 year battry discharge automatically and they even don't listen.When we file complaint they say please keep a minimum charge of 20%.Also they told it will cover 60km in one charge but it is not running 40km as well.No one is listening to complaints.
