Brixton Cromwell 1200 Latest Updates
The Cromwell 1200 is a range of retro-styled bikes from Austria-based Brixton Motorcycles. It will be launched in India in two variants – Cromwell 1200 and Cromwell 1200XC, before the festive season.
The Cromwell 1200 is a retro-styled roadster while the Cromwell 1200X is an urban scrambler. Both bikes get the same 1222cc liquid-cooled twin-cylinder engine that makes 83PS and 108Nm, and is mated to a six-speed gearbox. Both the bikes have an 18-inch spoke front wheel and a 17-inch spoke rear wheel, with tubeless tyres. However, the roadster has more road-oriented tyres while the urban scrambler has block-pattern tyres. Both bikes have a 800mm seat height, 235kg kerb weight, and a 16-litre fuel tank.
The Cromwell 1200 range is priced from an equivalent of Rs 9.99 lakh in Europe, and will come to India via the CKD (completely knocked down) route, which means they could be priced slightly higher than what they are in Europe.
