7 months and 10000 km into owning the car find it unrealiable and poor build quality with sudden car stopping using the services of rsa to get it towed to the service station with each time the car takin over 15 days to get repaired as parts are simply not available with service station.With such experience am more comfortable using my 7 year old honda car rather than new kia as the discomfort simply dosent allow my conscious to use it on long journeys.Avoidable product as it's unreliable.

Pathetic after-sales service.My car went in for accidental damage claim.Though i was promised a cashless claim in writing, It wasn't approved, Idk why.My car has been in the kia service center for over 3 weeks and yet they do not have the complete parts to fix it.When i call them, They keep on delaying and no listening or proper grievance redressal mechanism is in place at all.Worst experience than any other automobile company ever.Buy from kia only if you would like to waste your time, Effort and get irritated while they sit there and do nothing about it.

Its awesome i has many features now 2021 model has more features and its very suitable family car i am having gt line variant its just amazing engine is also very good but when i bought it spare parts were not available at that time but now its available in showrooms and local markets also

Kia Seltos 2019-2023 Pros and Cons

Seltos 2019-2023 Positives Points: Looks stylish, Feels premium inside, First-in-segment features, Plethora of engine-transmission options. Four airbags, TPMS, rear disc brakes, VSM, HAC and BA all now standard. Some features and transmissions have also tricked down the extensive variants list.

Seltos 2019-2023 Negatives Points: Rear under-thigh support could be better, Manual transmission gearshifts could be better. Now a little more costly.

Zigwheels Expert's Conclusion : The Seltos continues to impress with added standard safety and claimed better ride quality. There are even choices galore in terms of variants, trim and equipment levels. It continues to be one of the hottest picks in the segment.
