To highlight certain features of the iGen i20, Hyundai Motor India Ltd. organised a unique Reverse Revolution Drive at the Phoenix Market City in Bangalore. The drive focused on underlining features of the i20 like the Rear Parking Camera, Reverse Parking Sensors and Electro Chromic Mirror. Participants were asked to drive around a pre-decided track, in reverse, to fully understand the convenience that is accompanied by the aforementioned features.
Commenting on this initiative, Rakesh Srivastava, Sr. VP- Sales and Marketing, HMIL said, “The initiative has helped us in creating a community of i20 customers that personifies the trendy, modern and premium aspects of Hyundai. Reverse Drive is another occasion to show our commitment to become the life time partner of our customers and to be the most loved and trusted car manufacturer in India.”
The Chennai-based car maker gathered entries with the help of social media contests on Facebook. The selection process was divided into three phases starting from the social media engagements, selection through lucky draws and finally short listing the final contestants. Nearly 300 Hyundai loyalists were present for the two day experience on 17-18 May. The winners of the Reverse Revolution were given fabulous prices.
