Suzuki Motorcycles promotes Road Safety Week

The Road Safety Week, held between January 11-17 at the national capital, encourages and promotes safe and responsible riding among two wheeler riders.

“As a responsible automobile company, it is imperative that we are active participants in the initiative that educates and encourages people to drive safely. Two wheeler drivers are at a higher risk on the roads. The key to safe driving is a combination of defensive driving, adherence to traffic rules, situational awareness and common road sense,” said Atul Gupta, Executive Vice President, Suzuki Motorcycle India Private Ltd.

As part of the programme, a variety of educational banners, safety posters, safety films, pocket guides and leaflets related to road safety are being distributed to drivers and pedestrians.
