Royal Enfield registers 42 per cent sales growth in March

March was a profitable outing for Royal Enfield as it managed to record sales of 33,679 units in combined domestic wholesale and exports resulting in a sales percentage growth of 42 per cent

It was another impressive month for Royal Enfield as it posted sales of 33,679 units in combined domestic wholesale and exports in March, 2015. Royal Enfield had managed to sell 23,693 units in March 2014 which means they have registered a percentage growth of 42 per cent which is really an impressive figure. 

In the domestic market, Royal Enfield managed to sell 32,854 units in March 2015 as opposed to 23,170 units in the corresponding month last year. Exports witnessed a 58 per cent jump, with sales of 825 units last month, compared to 523 units in the same month last year. As for 2015 on the whole, Royal Enfield sold 90,502 units in the first three months against 62,818 units it had managed in the same time frame last year thereby resulting in a 44 percentage growth with respect to sales. Royal Enfield also introduced its cafe racer offering the Continental GT in a new shade of black in March 2015. The Chennai based two-heeler giant also launched its official online store where it will be retailing its full range gear range and will cater to purchases from customers located in 126 cities and towns across the country.
