Pioneer India has introduced new features and technologies in their in-car entertainment model line-up for 2012. The new range of products has been introduced with the aim of appealing to different segments of buyers
Pioneer India Electronics has unveiled its new range of products for 2012. The new and improved in-car audio receivers feature Pioneer’s latest technologies designed to take consumer’s audio experience up a notch with new and improved functions. Models such as AVH-P8490BT, DEH-6450BT and DEH-5490SD feature the new MIXTRAX technology, a proprietary technology which creates a nonstop mix of an entire music library with DJ effects, to create a club-like atmosphere in ones car.
The Pioneer AVH-P8490BT stereo unit is the first in India to feature the Advance App Mode. The Advanced App Mode allows full control over the Apps of a compatible iPhone via the touch screen on the head unit of the stereo. The new range of in-car audio receivers also feature an Advanced Sound Retriever technology which restores high frequency sounds and notes lost in digital compression of music files. Pioneer has also introduced an Anti-Dust Design feature in all the new head units with CD-mechanisms to cope with the dusty Indian environs. The system uses an efficient heat dissipation system to optimize airflow while reducing dust entry to enhance the life of the stereo unit.

This year, we have a wider range of products including five options in Audio-video head-unit category and a mecha-free head-unit & tube sub-woofer, for the first time in our line-up. In short, we have solutions for every audio enthusiast, irrespective of his budget,” said, Shingo Ikeuchi, General Manager, Pioneer India Electronics Pvt. Ltd.
