Toyota will announce prices of the Urban Cruiser Hyryder’s CNG variants soon.

It’ll be offered in the compact SUV’s middle-spec S and G variants.

The Hyryder CNG will use the 1.5-litre engine that’s likely to develop around 87PS in CNG mode.

The CNG variants of the compact SUV will be offered with a 5-speed manual and promises to return 26.51km/kg.

Bookings for the CNG variants are underway at either Toyota’s dealerships or its website.

The CNG variants are likely to command a premium of around Rs 1 lakh over its respective petrol variants.
