While the AMG C-Class has traditionally been V8-powered, this time around, it gets a 476PS 2-litre four-cylinder engine similar to the A 45 S

The 2-litre engine is paired with a plug-in hybrid powertrain that pushes the output to a staggering 680PS and 1020Nm and offers up to 13km of EV-only driving

With that much power, the C 63 S gets from 0-100kmph in 3.4 seconds and on to a top speed of 280kmph

It is expected to join the W206-generation C-Class lineup in India in the near future
