Volvo opens new outlet in Chandigarh

Swedish luxury car maker, Volvo Auto India, has announced the appointment of Krishna Auto Sales as its new dealership in Chandigarh. The Chandigarh showroom is spread over an area of 2,200 sq. ft. and is owned by Sumit Passi from the Krishna Group. 

This group also has dealerships of Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles, JCB Earth Moving Equipment, Honda two-wheelers, Skoda Auto Passenger Cars, BMW Passenger Cars and other premium passenger cars.

Tomas Ernberg, Managing Director, Volvo Auto India said, “Buoyed by our increased acceptability among our valued customers in the last 2-3 years, we are now looking at further strengthening our foothold and expanding our reach in the Indian market. With the all new Volvo Retail Experience at the Chandigarh showroom, we have moved yet another step closer to our customers.”

The showroom will have a free workshop attached to it with a 24x7 helpline, and free catering service for drivers who are waiting for their cars to be serviced. An entire range of Volvo cars will be showcased in this new dealership.
