Vespa have given their fans a bumper Diwali offer by reducing the price of its premium scooter
Vespa aspirers, here's a cracker of an offer! Piaggio, the Italian manufacturer, has reduced the price of its premium scooter, Vespa, by an impressive Rs 6,500. The price of the retro-modern premium scooter before this offer was Rs 74,490 (on-road, Pune), which now after the reduction stands at Rs 67,983.
This discount is available only for a short period of time, which is during the festive season though it isn't clear till when the discount would be available. The offer has been running since October 4 across dealerships, but wasn't applied immediately to clear existing inventory. Also read: Vespa LX125: First Ride
The scooter's high price has, perhaps, been the biggest hurdle for its maker in promoting Vespa sales. But this reduction should help boost the premium scooter's sales. Also Read: Vespa Road Test
