BMW is expected to announce the deal before the launch of the new 3 series sedan

Sachin Tendulkar

It is rumoured that BMW will sign cricketing legend Sachin Tendulkar to endorse its products. It is also understood that Sachin will be handing over the keys of the first 100 customers of the new 3 series. BMW has started promoting the 6th generation 3 series sedan, which will be launched on July 27.

Sachin has owned a number of high end cars and has around 40 cars in his garage. He could be the perfect choice for BMW and the first time that BMW India will be signing on a celebrity to endorse its products. BMW India has been leading the luxury segment for three years.

Sachin has a Nissan GT-R, Mercedes-Benz, Volvo S80 and a black Opel Astra and owns a stake in the upcoming i1 Super Series.

BMW OWNERS BETTER TRY TO CONCENTRATE TOWARDS POOR STUDENTS.

kindly turn ur attention towards realpoor student's really not able to continue studies.

Looks like BMW wants to wind up its operations in India ! BMW stands for engineering excellence and Sachin stands for excellence in shamelessness (ignoring calls of retirement, requests to pay his tax dues) and selfishness (squatting in the team preventing entry of youngsters).

Vijay before pointing finger on others, first look at yourself whether you pay your tax honestly and in other areas you are loyal to country etc etc.. i think you should feel ashame of your self pin pointing a legend like sachin.

How about a shooter or archer from the Olympic team - right on the bully's eye.

    • Mahendra Sheth

True, if BMW wants to do well in its new series, it should either 1) take someone who stands for honesty and excellence or 2) it should sell Sachin as a brand ambassador for its closest competitor. Hope someone has not done that to BMW!

If you think Tendulkar as Selfish then what about other players. Every one play for them selves . Do u think Dhoni, Dravid, etc are selfless. How pitty

A car is evaluated by it's performance and not by which celebrity endorses a certain product. As someone mentioned in the comment columns, Fiat Palio is big failure in the market due to it's poor performance although Sachin's endorsement of the product might have initially helped the company! But, the product being the customer's disappointment, they regret their purchase now and also cursing Tendulkar. The agony of the Palio owners must be a lesson to others for not fall a prey to Tendulkar's mere endorsement. I recommend prospective customers to read the test-drive reviews of the experts' reviews in the auto journals although the accuracy of their reviews too sometimes have proved occasional errors while being used long enough by the respective owners!

That's why i don't trust in Advertisements by Dhoni.
