The new Ninja patents reveal the battery position and the frame alongwith various components that would be found on the electric bike.
According to recent reports, Kawasaki has already registered the Ninja E2 and E2R trademarks, pointing to the possibility that an electric Kawasaki Ninja may be in the making.
So, is Kawasaki taking the ‘green’ route? It’s fairly early days yet, and the reports just point to the fact that the patent was applied for. But if it happens, we may be in for a surprise with a power-packed Kawasaki electric motorcycle.
