Hyundai Creta Prices Revealed Before Launch

The Hyundai Creta has created quite a buzz in the Indian market ever since it was first unveiled last month. The Creta will mark Hyundai’s entry into the competitive compact SUV segment. A week prior to its launch, tentative prices of the Hyundai Creta have already been leaked, hinting that it will be priced at marginally higher than the Renault Duster. 

The Hyundai Creta will be offered at a starting price of Rs 8.6 lakh for the base petrol variant with the top-end petrol trim is priced at Rs 11.3lakh. The Creta will be offered with two Diesel engine options – 1.4-litre and 1.6-litre. The 1.4-litre Creta will be priced between Rs 9.5 lakh and Rs 11.5 lakh while the range topping 1.6-litre Creta will be priced from Rs 11.9 lakh to Rs 14.1 lakh. All prices tentative and ex-showroom. 

Bookings of the Creta began unofficially a few weeks back and the compact SUV has already clocked 10,000 pre-launch orders. Once the Creta is launched on July 21, it will compete with cars like the Renault Duster, Nissan Terrano, the Mahindra XUV 500 and the soon to be launched Maruti Suzuki S-Cross.
