Harley-Davidson expanded its dealer spread in our country as it inaugurated the Two Rivers Harley-Davidson showroom in Pune. To make the opening of the dealership more special and grand, over 100 Harley-Davidson owners from across the western region turned up at the venue. The new showroom is situated at the Amanora Town Centre Mall in Pune and would sure delight the many Harley loyalists and current owners across the city as before their only option was to travel to Mumbai to acquire their dream machine or get to get them serviced.

Speaking at the inauguration Anoop Prakash, Managing Director, Harley-Davidson India said, “We are the undisputed leader in the premium motorcycle segment in the country. Harley-Davidson is proud to lead the way in developing a strong leisure motorcycling culture in India and as the eleventh Harley-Davidson dealership in the country; Two Rivers Harley-Davidson will help with that development. A dealership in Pune was a natural progression since Harley-Davidson is a much loved brand in Pune with a large number of customers already present here. We are delighted to open our doors to the wide motorcyclist base in Pune and welcome new customers to our growing family of Harley-Davidson owners.” said Anoop Prakash, Managing Director, Harley-Davidson India.

Harley-Davidson has been warmly welcomed by Indian two-wheeler aficionados as it has clocked sales of close to 4,000 units within just three years of its debut, which though might look like as a scarce figure but given the price at which its motorcycles retail it is a commendable effort. Also the expansion of dealer network is vital for Harley as it has set-up a production facility in Haryana and would be launching the India manufactured Street 750 and 500 next year. The bikes are available with a starting price of Rs 5, 91,000 (ex-showroom, Pune) and apart from its entire range of 11 motorcycles one can also be able to choose from a wide range of genuine Harley-Davidson parts and accessories to customise their bikes.
