Italian motorcycle maker Ducati has released special MotoGP kits for its Monster product range themed around its two factory riders, Valentino Rossi and Nicky Hayden

At the recently held Ducati MotoGP Night, the Italian marque unveiled two GP Replica Monster Art kits dedicated t their top two MotoGP factory riders, nine-time World Champion Valenitno Rossi and 2006 MotoGP World Champion Nicky Hayden. The special livery kits that can be fitted onto the Ducati Monster range of motorcycles consists of tank panels proudly flaunting the racing numbers of the riders, a single-seat cowling, micro-bikini fairing upfront and a jazzier front mudguard. The Ducati Monster Art idea was first introduced in 2009 which allowed the company to offer more colours for its Monster models than the just the standard factory paint schemes. The company came up with the theme of ‘Color Therapy’ in 2009 followed by the ‘Logomania’ in 2010 to celebrate the fifty years of the historic Ducati logo tradition.

The kit can be fitted onto the entire Monster range and it will also be offered as standard fitment on Monsters sold in participating countries in MotoGP. The uveiling took place in front of over 30,000 Ducatisti who attended the Ducati MotoGP Night, which was arranged to wish the two Ducati MotoGP riders luck just ahead of the opening round of the 2011 MotoGP World Championship in Qatar on 17th March 2011. The add-on kit can be installed in just a matter of few minutes and can transform the overall appeal and character of the motorcycle. The Monster model range has been known for its customization-friendly nature and by offering factory-level equipment for its Monster for modifications is a fantastic move from Ducati to offer more value to its esteemed clientele.
