Looks bold and well-proportioned - not too bulky, not too compact - gives a solid, premium feel

Build quality feels top-notch with neatly finished panels and tidy cable management

Twin LED headlights give it a big-ADV bike vibe, similar to Triumph’s Tiger series and the Aprilia Tuareg 660

Gets electronics like 4 ride modes, traction control, cruise control, quickshifter, ABS modes

TFT screen is sharp and easy to navigate - Bluetooth & Google maps phone mirroring are handy, but you’ll have to keep the screen on

The 299cc RTXD4 engine makes 36PS and 28.5Nm - tuned for smooth, chill touring rather than outright speed

Power delivery feels calm and linear with a sweet spot between 5,000-7,000rpm

Refinement is impressive - mild buzz at higher revs but nothing bothersome on long rides

Gearshifts feel slick thanks to the bi-directional quickshifter on higher trims

The 12.5-litre tank feels limiting for long distance highway touring

Riding posture is upright and comfy with a well-padded seat and wide handlebars

Handles rough roads confidently - suspension soaks up bad patches with ease

Brakes feel strong and predictable - switchable ABS adds control off-road

The Apache RTX 300 arrives late but nails its role as a relaxed, value-packed ADV tourer
