Tata Punch EV scores 31.46 points out of 32 for adult occupant protection.

The electric micro SUV scores 45 points out of 49 for child occupant protection.

For frontal offset deformable barrier test, the Punch EV offered good protection to both the occupants head, neck and thighs.

The Punch EV’s driver’s tibias and co-driver’s chest were rated as adequately protected.

Tata Nexon EV scores 29.86 points out of 32 for adult occupant protection

Tata Nexon EV scores 44.95 points out of 49 for child occupant protection.

For frontal offset deformable barrier test, the Nexon EV offered good protection to both the front occupants head, neck, thighs and the feet.

Nexon EV’s side deformable barrier test, offered good protection to the head, chest and hips, while the abdomen received adequate protection

Tata Punch EV is priced from Rs 10.99 lakh - Rs 15.49 lakh (ex-showroom), and the Nexon EV is priced from Rs 14.49 lakh - Rs 19.49 lakh (ex-showroom)

It must be noted that the Punch EV becomes the safest car tested by Bharat NCAP till now
