This e-scooter looks a bit different from the petrol-powered Access 125, and gets a rectangular headlight, and a unique-looking tail section.

It is available in four soothing colour options, but we particularly like the Pearl Jade Green shade more than the others.

The e-Access comes with a 3.072kWh Lithium Iron Phosphate, fixed battery pack that powers a 4.1kW motor.

The scooters feel quite quick up to 50kmph, after which its performance starts tapering off.

The performance should be adequate for most people when riding in the city, however the problem could be with its low claimed range of 95km.

The ride quality is pretty decent, the suspension setup feels well tuned for city duties, and even the braking performance is quite good.

It gets a large seat and at 765mm it is quite accessible, however, the underseat storage at 17-litre is quite underwhelming.
