The Kushaq and Taigun are closely related and share platforms, powertrains and equipment.

Each of the SUVs has received a 5-star safety rating from GNCAP for adult as well as child occupant protection.

They were tested according to Global NCAP’s new testing protocols that are stricter.

Kushaq and Taigun get dual airbags, ESC, rear parking sensors and ISOFIX seat mounts as standard.

Their higher-spec variants get six airbags, rear parking camera and hill assist.

The Kushaq retails for Rs 11.29 to Rs 19.49 lakh, while the Taigun costs Rs 11.55 lakh to Rs 18.7 lakh (ex-showroom).
