The GT-R 750 uses a 750cc parallel-twin engine, replacing the 650cc unit, which is currently being used in 6 other Royal Enfields, including the Continental GT 650.

It is essentially the same engine, but with revised bore and stroke figures, with which the bike is expected to make around 55PS and 60Nm (+ 8PS & + 8Nm).

Royal Enfield hasn’t messed around with its iconic retro race bike look, complete with the bikini fairing, low clip-on handlebars and a compact stance. We’re not complaining!

It comes fitted with track-oriented hardware like Showa fork, twin shock absorbers at the rear, 17-inch alloys at both ends and high-performance JK Tyres.

However, the production version is likely to get 18-inch wheels at both ends, with street tyres.

The bike also gets upgraded braking hardware: twin front discs, with a twin piston ByBre axial calliper on each side. We’d have liked it if it had radial ones, though

The race bike gets a basic console, with an analogue speedometer, tachometer and small digital inset for more information. The road version is expected to have a round TFT console.

The production model is expected to be launched in India, in 2027, priced roughly at Rs 3.90 lakh (ex-showroom).
