Mahindra Born Electric BE 05 : Top Highlights

The BE 05 is a Hyundai Creta-sized compact electric SUV that features a bold, sporty design

It’s based on Mahindra’s dedicated INGLO EV platform and uses components from Volkswagen’s MEB toolkit

Features a futuristic new interior design with a driver-centric layout

Expected to get two battery sizes of 60kWh and 80kWh with driving ranges of up to 300-450km

Will get AWD and RWD powertrains from VW that offer 230PS to 395PS outputs

Will break cover sometime in October 2025

It’ll debut as the first BE-branded electric SUV soon after the XUV.e9’s launch
