The prototype is the first BS6 phase-2 compliant flex fuel vehicle in India

The prototype can run on E85 fuel, which includes a mixture of up to 85% ethanol and 15 percent petrol

Flex fuel benefits get combined with the advantages of a hybrid system for cleaner and more efficient emissions

Ethanol is more affordable than petrol as it is mostly made from organic materials like sugarcane

Prototype will go under further tests before it is deemed production ready
