Thai custom house K-Speed has modified a Honda CL500 into a hardcore scrambler; Bike showcased at 2023 Bangkok International Motor Show
Scrambler elements include raised front fender, headlight grille and chunky knobby tyres
The wide, raised handlebar should aid in better control off-road
Double barrel scrambler-style exhausts and chunky bash plate make it ever so trail ready
Engine likely stays the same – 471cc parallel twin mill making 46.6PS and 43.4Nm
At the rear, the tail section goes fenderless and is cut short. It also features a shorter ribbed seat
Other hardware stay the same - telescopic fork and dual shock absorbers | 19-/17-inch alloy wheels
Stock bike gets 155mm ground clearance, whereas the modified bike seems to offer more
While the CL500 will not be coming to India, Honda did showcase the flex-fuel XRE 300 Rally here
