We have recently ridden the new Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 and here’s what we liked & disliked about the bobber:

With its striking design, chopped fender, sporty looking fuel tank and the eye-catching graphics, the Shotgun 650 is a looker for sure!
The 650cc engine, with its tuning & throttle calibration, delivers exciting performance and has a hooligan side to it
The inverted fork and dual shock absorbers suspension setup delivers a comfortable ride — Manages a good balance between comfort & performance
Despite being just 1kg lighter than Super Meteor 650, the bobber feels very light & nimble — The sportier riding stance adds to its capability in the city
Prominent vibrations can be felt even at lower speeds on the seat, handlebar & footpegs
Awkwardly positioned gear lever puts a slight damper to the overall great riding experience
Braking performance can be significantly improved
The bobber’s distinctly sporty factory custom character adds just the right kind of spice to the 650cc platform
