Hyundai India has launched the Exter SUV from Rs 5.99 lakh (ex-showroom)

It comes in five trims and two powertrain options

Exterior design is a nice balance between retro and modern

Inside, the dashboard is a copy of the Grand i10 Nios, but comes finished in different colours

Features include a sunroof, eight-inch touchscreen and standard six airbags

Gets a choice between 1.2-litre petrol and 1.2-litre CNG powertrains

The Exter is Hyundai’s answer to the extremely popular Tata Punch
