Hero MotoCorp has announces price hikes for select bikes and scooters

This upward revision of the ex-showroom price will be implemented from April 1

The company states the reason for this hike to be the transition into OBD-2 emission norms

The price revision will be around two percent

And will vary based on models and variants

Two percent price hike is not significant & thus should not have negative implications on sales

The manufacturer has stated OBD 2 implementation as a reason
