Ducati has unveiled the 2026 Multistrada V4 Rally, a major update to its flagship adventure-tourer after just three years
9 Oct, 2025
Retains its signature 1158cc Granturismo V4 engine, producing the same 170PS and 123.8Nm but with a smoother torque curve
The engine features rear-cylinder deactivation to improve fuel efficiency
The swingarm pivot has been redesigned to reduce squat under acceleration when carrying luggage or a pillion
Wheel travel is at 200mm at both ends, giving 230mm of ground clearance - good for most off-roading scenarios
Rear preload adjustment range expands from 18mm to 20mm, and the rear brake disc is now bigger as well
The 2026 model debuts Ducati’s new DVO (Ducati Vehicle Observer) algorithm for more precise control of ABS, traction, and damping in real-time
The semi-active suspension now allows on-the-fly adjustments as opposed to having stop and adjust earlier
Automatic Lowering Device reduces seat height below 10kmph, raising it again automatically above 50kmph (20kmph while going off-road)
Safety tech includes Forward Collision Warning, Adaptive Cruise Control, and Blind Spot Detection, powered by front and rear radar
Now gets an electronic CBS that improves stability while slowing down
Lighting upgrades include enhanced cornering LEDs, a new headlight array, and a Coming Home light function that stays on for sometime after you turn off the ignition
Passenger comfort is improved with wider air deflectors, a larger windscreen (40mm wider, 20mm taller), and redesigned pannier mounts
Available in two colour schemes: Ducati Red/Brushed Aluminium with black wheels or Jade Green/Brushed Aluminium with golden coloured wheels
Offered in three trims: Radar, Adventure Travel & Radar, and Full Adventure, with deliveries expected to start in India in 2026
