Very bad experience facing through your service centre which located at t junction dharavi sion road, Since last 2 months i am facing an issues of battery which hasn't solved by them.This is really ridiculous.Unable to ride a bike from last 15 days because of battery, Firstly they have not provided any replacement of battery, Also everyday need to follow up with them for an update by when they able to provide the battery, Also some part has be replace under warranty which they unable to do so because of non availability.Have purchased bike in mar 20 and facing too many issues on technical part.Its like that have made a big mistake by purchasing bullet.

I love this bike par bike ka jitna cost hai us hisab se company ne engine ki warranty 2 years di hai jab ki eshke half cost ki bike me engine warranty 5 years ki hai ye mujhe sahi nahi lagi.Maine 3 years pahle yah bike li thi ab eshke engine me problame aane laga hai sirf 39000 km chlane par, Maine servicing bhi timely karwayi hai.Har samay kuch kuch na kuchh problam hota hi rahta hai.Maine es bike me jitna kharch kiya hai sayad maine or kisi bike me nahi kiya hai yah sirf naam ka hi royal hai or kuchh ve nahi.Not buy royal enfield, Buy any bike.

I give my bike 5th time in service center last 4 free service's are completely done, now 5th service is my paid service thereafter my bike was not ok and still in showroom till last sunday. some of my bike parts are not changed in warranty bcoz the supervisor said we don't have the parts and delaying day by day.
