Awesome Car

4.3

Always dreamt of owning an SUV, and in November 2015, I got the Renault Duster Rxe dci. Driven it for 60,000 km. Happy for its road presence, ease of driving, good ground clearance, and fuel efficiency. But, somewhat high servicing costs and 2 instances of starting issues. Had smaller cars before. The Duster feels big compared to them and suits my simple driving style. Despite being withdrawn after BS6, it brought success to Renault. Hoping for its comeback and more good products. I've seen the Dacia Sandero and think Renault should bring it to India. Good luck to everyone on Zigwheels.

Excellent Car

This is an excellent car that we've driven extensively. The mileage is impressive, and the build quality is solid, not subpar. It's quite substantial in weight and offers a lot of fun while driving.

Renault Duster Pros and Cons

Duster Positives Points: New Turbo Petrol makes it one of the most powerful offerings in the segment. CVT and manual transmission options. Still offers outstanding ride over all road conditions.

Duster Negatives Points: Interiors still not the most spacious. No diesel option.

Zigwheels Expert's Conclusion : The new 156PS turbo petrol makes this a very intresting proposition for the enthusiast. It's still a great looker with an updated interior along with a very robust mechanical package. The diesel and AWD will be missed though.

Long drive

It's great to go long drive with duster, Riding comfort is fabulous but could wish to be a 7 seater. When we bought the duster in 2015 we got mileage upto 18-22, Now only getting 16 and below 16.The negatives are in 2 years we got many complaints in duster media nav also got complaint around 1 lac we spend in each time. After sales are too bad from renault maradu kochi dealers. When i give the car to the service, After 2 days my friend saw my car in a apartment, I feel bad about them and loss the trust with renault maradu kochi.

Driving till

3.7

I think it is very early for review because i just completed 5000 kilometres. On this much driving i found renoult duster is very comfortable and my experience of driving till now is very good.Mileage i found very good.Pickup is good build quality no doubt better.Sad to say vibration in body got started and service in gorakhpur is also very pathetic its my second free service and they charge me ₹600 for servicing which should be free. They charge this because i was 1 month late to due service date.

Renault Duster is Best Car

3.7

Renault duster launches with two petrol engine options. The first one is the 1.5-litre, Four-cylinder naturally aspirated engine that is tuned to churn out 105 bhp and builds up a high torque of 142 nm, And this brand new attractive car launches with a mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox as standard. Then you get the new 1.3-litre, Turbocharged petrol engine that makes 154 bhp and high torque of 254 nm.

Renault duster does miss out of some of the more common premium features in its segment like a sunroof, Rear ac vents, Wireless charger, Or ventilated seats. However, It’s the most affordable suv in its class, And for the price you get decent creature comforts, A powerful turbo petrol engine, And great driving dynamics, Which make it one of the best driver’s suv in the segment.

Safety features

Renault duster offers many safety features which also comprise passenger airbags, Rear parking sensors, Seat belt prompt speed alert as standard, and also offer features such as a reverse parking camera, Electronic stability program (esp), and hill-start assist. If you are looking for that then the duster is worth considering.

My 7 yrs driving experience

3.3

My 7 yrs driving experience is satisfactory, Only problem with brake, Brakes are not urgent like honda & maruti, Hence has to drive under control, Engine is very best, Driver seat & manual gear position is not suitable, By which facing back pain problem. But for long drive duster is the best car, I like to much.
