Bed service

Very bed service do not waste your money, Service and warranty policy is very bad

This is a worst vehicle

This is a worst vehicle don't fall in their marketing tricks, Last 1 year i am facing many issues in this pure ev vehicle, They don't give even proper response after sales, We lost our peace of mind by buying this ev be aware about it.

Worst company

Worst company, Worst product and even worse aftersale service.Do not even think of buying any vehicle from pure ev.

Charging station

Respected Sir/Madam, My Name Nirmal Kumar.I am drafting a mail regarding my experience on Test Ride of Electric Scooter which i was happily to Buy the Scooter within 4 month from the booking date.I am appreciating on the Quality of vehicles.But one important is charging issues which I wants to share and which to be update from your side as quickly as possibleAs I am a sales Representative, I need to travel per day upto 150kms.But,if the Chetak is full charged (4 to 5 hours) it will takes maximum 55kms to 75kms.In this situation,if I need inbetween to charge the vehicle for riding extra 100 kms ,i can't wait in the charging station for another 2 or 3 hours to get half charged.Because,As I said that ,I am a sales executive, I need to travel and meet 6 to 10 my customers per day. I will book the electric scooter immediately, if the vehicles gets atleast charged within 10 to 15 minutes.Note: If the vehicle is getting charged within 10 to 15 minutes,the battery should not be damaged and Battery life should come as per given warranty card.If above mentioned details are updated for the vehicle,then only the pricing of the vehicle is worthable and selling of the vehicle will be more.Please update as quickly as possible,so more customers will book and me too also.Thanks & Regrads,Nirmal Kumar

Disgusting situation

It is disgusting situation with the vehicle, Its battery and service.Within a year the battery is completely gone.No response from service center.Hardly they pick-up the calls or frame their own stories.Once they say battery person is unavailable, Once it is sent to company for replacement, Once that they will update.But never i got a call back.They started identifying my number with my name and mostly my calls are not received.Only response was there if i made continuous calls.And today i received a message that if i pay 4000/- the battery will be sent to company.Warranty of 4yrs for battery doesn't work for the problem my battery has.Who knows and who should explain at the time of buying.For details i have to call only to customer care and not to service center.The call is never received by the customer care in any of the three languages.I regret to refer this vehicle to others in this one year.I apologise to all those.Want to return the vehicle and take a snap and post in media as they do handing over the key at the time of buying.Great disappointment and loss.

Permanent resolution

Hi people who are preferred to buy this electric vehicle my opinion is no.The reasons are 1.Front telescopic suspension is worst and they cannot provide you the permanent resolution.2.Poor built quality3.No proper technicians and lack of product knowledge.4.Any major repairs related to battery and charger team is depending on manufacturer and resolution will take at least a couple of weeks.5.After sales response was very pathetic.6.Don't go with warranty and other stuffs from dealer if your a daily user of the vehicle because warranty will be for fixed kms and if you have crossed it's waste of investing in it.Moreover if you spend another 20 to 30k you will get good ev vehicle compared to this.These are the things which i have noticed after using epluto 7g.

Good things first.1)purchased orange epluto 7g on 25 dec 2021.2)4 hours of charging gives 110-120 km on 1st and 2nd mode.3rd mode gives upto 90-100 km.Milage depends on speed and weight.3) very smooth ride on asphalt roads.4) very attractive color ( orange).Nearly 200 people have inquired with me on road.5) max.Speed 60 km by comapny but goes upto 65.6) good retro design.Few suggestions to company.1) more boot space could have been better.2) tyres could have been of 12 inch instead of 10 inch, Which is in most of scooters.3) battery % in display is required.4) weight should be more.5) only 1 service centre in borivali and 1 in thane.Need more service centres.Overall good ev and goog performance.Excellent service and hospitality at maitri motors- thane.

Its been 1.5 years i bought

Its been 1.5 years i bought e pluto 7g.Other than regular breakdowns as the scooter gives problems regularly on indian roads.Scooter is not robust.Main issue is battery, Though the company gives extended warranty of 5years, Service is very poor.Its third time the battery is giving problem and need to submit the battery foe months.After repair battery gives issue again aftery few months.Last 1.5 years almost half the time battery had to be given for repair leaving me with no scooter to drive.Battery has lot of issue and conpanys customer care support is pathetic.They don't even pick up calls.

Very bad in terms of service and quality.The battery is the biggest problem.No response on customer care no.Battery is under warranty and sent for repair/replacement, But no response on its status from past 2 months.In between received call from hydrabad head office and the person was asking for extra rs 38000/- for upgrading the battery.Why one should pay extra money when the battery is in warranty period.

Waste of money i am riding

Waste of money i am riding since last 5 month everyday one problem will come, Low cost plastic material used when you ride you will get noice from suspension i repalced bush every time when i service and service people are very arrogant and what they delivered is as not promised and after batteery level comes two 4 point it will ride like cycle and even cycle is better than this thank you som much pure ev

Satisfying ride

Epluto 7g gives a satisfying ride of about 40-45 kmph in the 1st and 2nd mode with just 4 hours of charging. The elegant design and other good features.
