Delhi-based Trouve Motor has teased its upcoming electric maxi-scooter, called the H2. This teaser comes a fortnight after the startup gave a glimpse of its electric sports bike. In fact, the company claims that it has plans for three more EVs that will be launched next year.
The Trouve H2’s teaser image gives a glimpse of the e-scooter’s aesthetics. From what we can see, the H2’s futuristic design looks somewhat similar to the Husqvarna Vektorr and BMW CE 04.
Trouve has also revealed the specifications of the H2, and they seem pretty interesting, at least on paper. For starters, the electric maxi-scooter will feature a liquid-cooled motor that has a claimed continuous output of 4.8kW and a peak power output of 7.9kW. The company claims that the e-scooter will sprint from 0-60kmph in 4.3 seconds, and will also have a claimed range of 130-230km.
The Delhi-based startup also has equipped the H2 with decent hardware. It features a USD fork and monoshock suspension setup, and runs on 14-inch wheels. While there’s no clear information available on the braking hardware of the maxi-scooter, Trouve has revealed that it gets a two-piston caliper. We reckon that it will get disc brakes at both ends to tame all that claimed performance.
On the features front, Trouve has just mentioned 4G connectivity, and in-built Google functionality. It is likely that the brand could equip the H2 with navigation and connectivity features.
Trouve H2, its a new breed, India's frist electric hyper Maxi scooter.

The Trouve H2 maxi-scooter’s pre-bookings will commence in August this year, but deliveries are slated to begin only in the first half of 2023. Given the specifications, we expect Trouve to price it above Rs 1.50 lakh.
Though the H2 seems to be an interesting product, we hope the startup delivers on its claims. While the Indian EV market is flooded with options, premium products like this are a few, something that Indian enthusiasts could definitely use more of.
