The teams used Apache RTR 180 and Apache RTR 200 4V bikes modified for stunt use. This event showed the capability of the RTR 200 4V to withstand high stress on various systems, mainly the drivetrain and suspension. It also brought the reliability of these bikes to the fore as each bike was continuously ridden hard in low gears for five hours. The Apache RTR 200 comes with a 200cc air and oil cooled motor that puts out 21PS and 18 Nm of torque. The bike weighs 148.5kg without the add-ons. The light weight of the bike, short gearing and torquey motor makes it a capable base bike for the sport of stunting.
