Triumph to auction 'Jurassic World' Scrambler

Triumph Motorcycles will be auctioning the Scrambler ridden by action hero Chris Pratt in the Hollywood blockbuster Jurassic World on July 23.

In all, three Scramblers were customized for the film. One was presented to Chris Pratt as a gift after filming, the second is displayed at Triumph headquarters in the UK and the third is up for action.

The bike will be auctioned by eBay to the highest bidder, with the proceeds going to Triumph’s nominated fundraising partner, The Distinguised Gentleman’s Ride. The annual motorcycle event is held to raise funds to help research into treating prostrate cancer.

The Scrambler is based on the brand’s iconic Bonneville model, combining classic off-road influences with Triumph's signature twin cylinder, 865cc engine. Triumph has been a long-standing favourite of Hollywood superstars past and present including; Steve McQueen, Marlon Brando and more recently Bradley Cooper, George Clooney and Ryan Reynolds.

The auction will go live on eBay at 7pm GMT on Thursday July 23 (12:30 AM IST on July 24) and will be live for ten days only. A certificate of authenticity will be included in the purchase.
