Toyota Launches 'Q Service Festive Celebration' Campaign In India

Every carmaker in India is readying itself for the upcoming festive season. Toyota, it seems, has beaten everyone to announce the special offers that will comprise its “Q Service Festive Celebration” campaign, spread across all authorized dealerships in India. It will commence from October 1, 2016 and run for an entire month till October 31, 2016.

Toyota has a number of offers under this initiative. Customers will get assured gifts if they either opt for an extended warranty package or the “express maintenance in 60 minutes” package. The Japanese car firm will also greet customers with assured gifts on purchase of tyres or batteries. Customers opting for car care treatments can expect a discount of up to 20 per cent.

Speaking on the launch of the Festive Campaign, Mr. B. Padmanabha, vice-president, customer service group with Toyota Kirloskar Motor, said, "Customer First - being our key cornerstone, we continuously try to come up with exciting offers in line with the consumer sentiments amidst the festivities. Through such offers, we hope to continuously get close to our customer by providing superior service at every touch point.”

Earlier this year, Toyota launched its extended warranty program. While the standard warranty of all Toyota vehicles in India come with a 3 years/1,00,000km cover, the extended warranty program can help customers extend the warranty of their vehicles up to 7 years/1,80,000km.
